My Little Holiday....

Finally received my Notice to Choose from Queensland Transport - not much of a choice though!! Looks like I will be taking a 3 month hiatus starting in two weeks (my chosen date) mainly due to the fact that I cannot see myself being able to go a full 12 months on 2 points, and I really don't want to take the chance at 6 months off the bike. Bit of a bugger coz I will get 3 points back in early July - oh well, I deserved it I suppose.

The joys of public transport, being packed into a tin can with lots of other strangers every morning and afternoon for 50 minutes - oh great. Will NEVER provide the same buzz that riding to and from work does!!! Roll on July - and roll on quick, please.

Get Well Trev

I caught a bit of KT Did's broadcast this morning just after getting into work and she mentioned a blog that she came across about a bloke called Andrew, a motorcycle jounalist/writer. It is about his recovery from a life changing motorcycle accident - it makes for interesting reading and is very inspirational seeing him work through his rehabilitation on his path of return to a very different way of life.

Pop on over and offer your encouragement to him - I know I will be - Get Well Trev.
